1. (1) Qualified practice sites may apply for grants up to an amount determined by the authority.

2. (2) Types of bonuses that may be provided by grant awardees include:

   1. (a) Sign-on bonuses to behavioral health care workers filling vacant and permanent employment positions that the applicant intends to maintain.
   2. (b) Retention bonuses to behavioral health care workers currently occupying permanent employment positions.

3. (3) Workers receiving a bonus must provide Direct behavioral health care services to Communities who are underserved, and are licensees, certificate holders, registrants, or associates credentialed in Oregon as one of the following:

   1. (a) Licensed Clinical Social Worker;
   2. (b) Licensed Psychologist;
   3. (c) Licensed Professional Counselor;
   4. (d) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist;
   5. (e) Clinical Social Worker Associate;
   6. (f) Psychologist Resident Associate;
   7. (g) Professional Counselor Associate;
   8. (h) Marriage and Family Associate;
   9. (i) Qualified Mental Health Professional;
   10. (j) Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor;
   11. (k) Certified Gambling Addiction Counselor;
   12. (l) Qualified Mental Health Associate;
   13. (m) Certified Recovery Mentor;
   14. (n) Traditional Health Worker;
   15. (o) Certified Prevention Specialist;
   16. (p) Certified Gambling Recovery Mentor;
   17. (q) Registered Mental Health Associate (QMHA-R);
   18. (r) Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Candidate (CADC-R);
   19. (s) Licensed Certified Art Therapist;
   20. (t) Licensed Art Therapist;
   21. (u) Psychiatrist;
   22. (v) Nurse Practitioner;
   23. (w) Clinical Nurse Specialists;
   24. (x) Other credentialed providers whose credentials are not listed, but also provide direct behavioral health care services using their credentials
4. (4) Grant awardees may provide housing stipends to behavioral health care workers currently occupying permanent employment positions.

5. (5) Workers receiving a housing stipend will provide direct behavioral health services to communities who are underserved, and are licensees, certificate holders, registrants, or associates credentialed in Oregon as one of the following:

   1. (a) Licensed Clinical Social Worker;
   2. (b) Licensed Psychologist;
   3. (c) Licensed Professional Counselor;
   4. (d) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist;
   5. (e) Clinical Social Worker Associate;
   6. (f) Psychologist Resident Associate;
   7. (g) Professional Counselor Associate;
   8. (h) Marriage and Family Associate;
   9. (i) Qualified Mental Health Professional;
