1. (1) The Authority may not share data about Program participants, other than for purposes of planning, Program evaluation or analysis, or as otherwise required by law.

2. (2) Data may only be shared with:

   1. (a) Agencies, offices, or contractors of the Authority;
   2. (b) The Oregon Employment Department; and
   3. (c) Non-governmental entities, not noted above, only with written approval from the Director of the Authority.
