1. (1) Staff training curriculum shall include but is not limited to:

   1. (a) Triage protocol;
   2. (b) Referral resources;
   3. (c) Crisis plan development;
   4. (d) Screening for a Declaration for Mental Health Treatment.

2. (2) Staff training curriculum shall include best practices for the following:

   1. (a) Risk assessment, including suicide risk assessment;
   2. (b) Suicide intervention and prevention;
   3. (c) Safety planning;
   4. (d) Lethal means counseling;
   5. (e) De-escalation methods;
   6. (f) Crisis intervention;
   7. (g) Recovery support, including peer delivered services;
   8. (h) Trauma informed care; and
   9. (i) Cultural awareness.
