1. (1) Purpose. These rules prescribe procedures for handling cases of fraud and embezzlement involving Division employees working in the central office or state institutions, persons working under personal service contracts with the Division, and service providers and subcontractors of service providers contracting with the Division.
2. (2) Statutory Authority. These rules are authorized by ORS 179.040 and 413.042, and carry out the provisions of 430.021(2).
