As used in these rules:

1. (1) “Earned Income” means money received by a patient or resident in a mental health institution in return for services rendered, while receiving care or treatment at the institution.
2. (2) “Mental Health Institution” means Dammasch State Hospital in Wilsonville, Oregon State Hospital in Salem, Fairview Training Center in Salem, and Eastern Oregon Psychiatric Center and Eastern Oregon Training Center in Pendleton.
