1. (1) The SPM Committee may reclassify and assign an AIC with a sentence of death to appropriate housing, which may include the Death Row Housing Unit or a Death Row status cell or other housing.
2. (2) All cell moves, within the housing type designated by the SPM Committee, shall be approved by the housing unit officer in charge and the FUM or designee.
