1. (1) The Department of Corrections Hearings Unit or its designated representative shall conduct the revocation hearing.
2. (2) The Hearings Officer may conduct hearings by teleconference, video conference, or in person.
3. (3) The revocation hearing shall be conducted prior to the physical return of the AIC to DOC custody when feasible but is not required. If the revocation hearing is not conducted prior to the physical return of the AIC to DOC custody, the revocation hearing will be conducted once the AIC is housed in a DOC facility.
