1. (1) Once a sex offender registration form is received by the Department, the Department will:

   1. (a) Update the Department’s sex offender registry records; and
   2. (b) Retain an electronic copy of the sex offender registration form.
2. (2) The Department will not retain paper copies of sex offender registration forms.
