1. (1) Registerable sex offenders shall only register with a registering agency in their county of residence.
2. (2) Registerable sex offenders shall submit to registration as directed by the registering agency and as required by law.

3. (3) When registering with a registering agency, each registerable sex offender shall:

   1. (a) Provide all information necessary to complete the sex offender registration form;
   2. (b) Sign the form by electronic signature or as directed by the registering agency; and
   3. (c) Submit to being photographed and, if required, fingerprinted.
