1. (1) Bradley Lake: A person must not operate a motorboat in excess of a slow-no wake speed
2. (2) Eel Lake: A person must not operate a motorboat in excess of 10 MPH.
3. (3) Empire Lakes (Upper, Middle, and Lower): A person must not use an internal combustion engine to propel a boat.
4. (4) Fahy Lake: A person must not use an internal combustion engine to propel a boat.
5. (5) Millicoma River, East and West Forks: A person must not use a jet pump drive to propel a boat upstream of Allegany.
6. (6) New River: From March 1 through September 30, a person must not use an internal combustion engine to propel a boat.
7. (7) South Slough Estuarine Sanctuary: A person must not operate a motorboat in excess of a slow-no wake speed.

8. (8) Tenmile Lake, North Tenmile Lake, and Tenmile Creek:

   1. (a) A person must not operate a motorboat in excess of a slow-no wake speed within 300 feet of the entrance to Tenmile Creek or on Tenmile Creek.
   2. (b) A person must not operate a motorboat in excess of a slow-no wake speed on the North Lake Canal between North Tenmile and Tenmile Lake, or within 200 feet of each entrance to the canal, as marked.
