To obtain a replacement or duplicate Boating Safety Education Card, a person must provide to the Marine Board:

1. (1) A completed application on a form provided by the Marine Board; and
2. (2) A $16 fee for a replacement or duplicate Boating Safety Education Card paid in full in a manner determined by the Marine Board.
