1. (1) The arresting officer shall, within ten days of the arrest of an operator for operating a boat while under the influence of intoxicants, complete and submit to the Board the following:

   1. (a) Operating Under the Influence Report;
   2. (b) Consent Report.
2. (2) The Board shall publish and distribute in such form and content as required, report forms specified in subsections (1)(a) and (b) of this rule.
