Persons Allowed in the Ring

(1) No persons other than the competitors and the referee may be in the ring during the progress of a round.
(2) A referee may call a halt to a bout to request medical personnel or the Administrator enter the ring or fenced area at the discretion of the referee.
(3) The referee may at their discretion; stop a bout if an unauthorized person enters the ring during a round.
