As a part of any investigation conducted by the superintendent or an authorized representative of the superintendent concerning the regulation of unarmed combat sports or entertainment wrestling in Oregon and for good cause shown, upon written request by the superintendent, a person for a license shall submit a financial statement to the superintendent made under penalty of perjury which shall include an itemization of all assets and liabilities of a person and other such financial information as the superintendent may request.
