All officials assigned to an unarmed combat sports event, shall be paid by the promoter in accordance with the schedule set forth in these administrative rules.  The promoter will estimate the net gate at the time of the event application, and the Commission will send an Officials Fees Schedule to the promoter for payment in a single sum paid to the Oregon State Athletic Commission by credit or debit card or official check paid 72 hours prior to the commencement of the scheduled event at which the officials are assigned to work.
