- (1) All unarmed combat sports events held in the State of Oregon must be conducted in accordance with ORS Chapter 463 and the applicable rules set forth in OAR Chapter 230.
- (2) The provisions of this section do not apply to events held on land controlled by an Oregon Indian Tribe unless governed by an intergovernmental agreement between the Oregon State Athletic Commission and an Oregon Indian Tribe.
- (3) All boxing events must be held in a ring, no boxing bouts will be permitted to be held in a fenced area.
