Under no circumstances shall a ticket holder be passed through the gate without having the ticket separated from the stub, or be allowed to occupy a seat unless in possession of the ticket stub. A promoter must keep an auditable record of all tickets printed, sold, complimentary tickets issued, unsold and overprint tickets for an event.
