- (1) Any competitor absent from an event in which the professional unarmed combat sports competitor is contractually bound to appear, without a certificate from medical personnel, is subject to disciplinary action.
- (2) Any competitor who is not medically qualified for competition from medical personnel assigned to the event on account of physical disability shall, upon being restored to the eligible list, fulfill the contract with the same opponent specified in the contract or suitable substitute within a reasonable time, such period to be set by the Administrator unless the competitor is released from the contract by mutual agreement.
