- (1) The head referee, lead inspector or an authorized representative of the superintendent for the event shall conduct a rules meeting before any unarmed combat sports event to review rules and expectations of the competitors and seconds.
- (2) All competitors are required to attend the rules meeting unless excused by an authorized representative of the superintendent.
