There must be a written pre-fight plan and route to remove an injured competitor from the fenced area, or ring and venue. The promoter shall provide a copy of the plan to the Administrator no later than 72 hours prior to the commencement of the event. The plan must include the location of nearest continuously physician-staffed emergency room and the location of the nearest neurosurgical facility.
