Notice of any change in announced or advertised programs for any unarmed combat sports main event shall be filed with the Administrator at least 24 hours before the contest. Notice of such change or substitution shall also be conspicuously posted at the box office, and announced from the fenced area or ring before the opening bout. If any of the patrons desire to have the price of their tickets refunded, such refund shall be made immediately if the tickets or the ticket stubs are presented at the box office. The box office shall remain open a reasonable length of time to redeem such tickets.
