The State Athletic Commission Medical Advisory Committee shall nominate medical personnel for approval by the Commission to serve as medical personnel at unarmed combat sports events if the Committee determines that medical personnel:

1. (1) Are licensed according to ORS 463.015 in the State of Oregon; and
2. (2) Are familiar with the physical standards for licensing and certifying unarmed combat sports competitors; or
3. (3) Once selected, train with medical personnel to become familiar with physical standards for licensing and certifying unarmed combat sports competitors.
