The Commission adopts the following Attorney General's Model Rules of Procedure under the Oregon Administrative Procedures Act in effect as of July 16, 2016.:

1. (1) OAR chapter 137, division 1;
2. (2) OAR 137-003-0001 through 137-003-0092; 137-003-0580; and

3. (3) OAR chapter 137, division 4.
