Or. Admin. R. 213-090-0030 – Definitions

As used in OAR 213-090-0010 to 213-090-0090, unless the context requires otherwise:

(1) “Applicant” means cities and counties, that submit an application to the Commission for a grant under the Organized Retail Theft Grant Program, and the Oregon Department of Justice.
(2) “Commission” means the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission.
(3) "Grantee acceptance period” means the period of time commencing when an applicant receives notice, in writing, from the Commission, that the Commission has decided to award the applicant grant funds, and concluding when an applicant has returned an executed grant agreement to the Commission.
(4) “Organized retail theft” has the meaning set forth in ORS 164.098.
