1. (1) The offense of Aggravated Murder is not ranked in the Crime Seriousness Scale because the sentence is set by statute as death or mandatory life imprisonment (ORS 163.095–163.105).
2. (2) The offenses of Murder I and Murder II are not ranked in the Crime Seriousness Scale because the sentences for those offenses are set by statute.
