1. (1) A Powerball® ticket shall cost two dollars (USA $2) per play.
2. (2) A Powerball® ticket may only be sold by and purchased from a Lottery retailer authorized to sell Powerball® tickets, or a Lottery sales location, and only by a method which is approved by the Lottery.
3. (3) The Lottery shall not directly and knowingly sell a Powerball® ticket or combination of tickets to any person or entity which would guarantee said purchaser a Grand Prize win.
