1. (1) Time: Megabucks drawings normally take place every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at approximately 7:29 PM or at any other times as determined by the Director.
2. (2) Selection: The objective of a drawing is to randomly select six winning numbers between 1 and 48. Drawings may be conducted with the aid of mechanical drawing equipment or a random number generator or other such devices as the Director may determine.
