1. (1) “Active Scratch-itSM game” means a Lottery Scratch-itSM game that has not officially ended as set forth in OAR 177-050-0100.
2. (2) "Entry period" means the time period, established at Lottery's discretion, during which a player may submit an entry for a second chance prize.
3. (3) “Entry requirements” means the instructions that specify how to enter a second chance drawing.
4. (4) "Second chance drawing" has the meaning given the term in OAR 177-010-0003.
