1. (1) The Treasurer adopts by reference the Attorney General’s Model Rules of Procedure for Contested Case Hearings in OAR 137-003-0501 to 137-003-0700 in relation to claims made under ORS 98.302 to 98.436, 98.992 or 116.253 or any other claim to escheated or unclaimed property.

2. (2) An Administrative Law Judge assigned by the Office of Administrative Hearings is not authorized to issue a final order on behalf of the Treasurer.
