Rules Coordinator and Delegation of Rulemaking Authority Form

(1) Agencies as defined in ORS 183.310(1) that promulgate administrative rules must appoint at least one rules coordinator per administrative rule chapter that performs the duties listed in ORS 183.330(2).
(2) Only one administrative rule chapter may be listed on a form.
(3) This form must be filed with the unit before access to OARD is granted.
(4) Agencies must submit a new form when the authorized signer changes.
(5) Agencies must submit a new form when changes are needed for rules coordinators or delegated signers.
(6) Only one form per administrative rules chapter is in effect at a time. Each subsequent submission supersedes the previous form.
