1. (1) Agencies must use OARD to submit permanent and temporary filings (ORS 183.355), statutory minor correction filings (ORS 183.335(7)), and notices of proposed rulemaking filings (ORS 183.335(1) & (2)).
2. (2) Agencies must submit filings by the deadline day for the filing to be published in the next bulletin. See OAR 166-500-0070.
3. (3) In cases when OARD is unavailable, agencies must contact the unit for alternative filing options.
4. (4) Agencies are responsible for correcting submitted filings returned for correction in compliance with OAR 166-500-0070(5).
