1. (1) A complainant may withdraw a complaint at any time after filing it and before the first draft of a report prepared under the provisions of ORS 56.206(6) by submitting a written and signed or otherwise acknowledged request for withdrawal.
2. (2) In the event that a complaint is withdrawn before the first draft of a report is prepared, the Office will not release a report.
