Unless otherwise approved by the Department, compensatory mitigation options are:

1. (1) Bank credit purchase that meets the eligibility requirements for CM outlined in ORS 141-085-0690;
2. (2) In-lieu fee credit purchase that meets the eligibility requirements for CM outlined in ORS 141-085-0690; and
3. (3) Payment to the Department’s payment in-lieu program
