Application Requirements:

1. (1) Depending on availability of funds, the Department shall periodically solicit applications for requesting moneys from the Submerged Lands Enhancement fund for eligible activities.
2. (2) Entities are limited to those identified in OAR 141-082-0312. Applications must be submitted to the Department consistent with these rules and by the deadline established by the Department.

3. (3) Applications for funding shall be submitted using forms provided by the Department and provide the following information;

   1. (a) Applicant name and contact information.
   2. (b) Participating partners, if any.
   3. (c) Project name.
   4. (d) Detailed description of purpose and need for project.
   5. (e) Relevancy to protect Public Trust Values (recreation, commerce, fisheries and navigation).
   6. (f) Project location.
   7. (g) Local jurisdiction approval.
   8. (h) Project schedule including times of project beginning and completion.
   9. (i) Amount of funding requested.
   10. (j) Itemized budget.
   11. (k) Confirmation of contributing match.
