The Division shall collect nonrefundable service charges to cover the expense of processing the following matters:
- (1) Original application — $50 for each lease or permit.
- (2) Assignment — $25 for each assignment.
- (3) Mineral prospecting permit fee — $.50/acre annually.
- (4) Renewal prospecting permit fee — $5/acre annually.
