1. (1) An Advisory Committee, which at the sole discretion of the Administrator may be incorporated within a larger CVSD advisory body, is established to provide consultation on the distribution of CFA monies and Grants, and the provisions of these rules.

2. (2) The Advisory Committee shall consist of at least the following members:

   1. (a) A representative of the Department of Justice;
   2. (b) A representative of the Oregon District Attorneys Association; and
   3. (c) A representative of a prosecuting attorney’s victim assistance program.
