- (1) The Division will be reimbursed for the costs incurred in carrying out the Clearinghouse Process, which gathers data for the State Land Inventory System, through continuous appropriation from State Agencies owning real property.
(2) Costs to maintain the State Land Inventory System will be reimbursed through a memorandum of understanding between the hosting Agency and land-owning agencies as contained in the agreement.
