For the purposes of this division of administrative rules, additional definitions are found in OAR 123-001 (Procedural Rules). As used in this OAR 123 division 89, the following terms have the meanings set forth below, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

1. (1) “Fund” means the Oregon Innovation Fund established in ORS 284.720.
2. (2) “Oregon InC” means the Oregon Innovation Council as established and described in ORS 284.701 to 284.749.
3. (3) “Traded sector” is defined in Oregon statute as “industries in which member firms sell their goods or services into markets for which national or international competition exists.”
