The Department may invoke remedies for an “event of default” by the grant recipient as further described in the Financing Contract, but that include but are not limited to the following remedies:

1. (1) Withholding of amounts otherwise due to the grant recipient under the Financing Contract;
2. (2) Barring the grant recipient from receiving future Department awards;
3. (3) Requiring return of any Program grant funds disbursed and any interest earned on the disbursements made; and
4. (4) Any other remedies available at law or in equity.
