1. (1) The Department will announce deadlines for submitting Program applications and provide the final evaluation criteria details in the funding notice. An application for a Program grant must be submitted to the Department by the applicable deadline in the form provided by the Department and must contain or be accompanied by such information and documentation as the Department requires in its funding notice for applications, generally called a request for grant applications (“RFGA”).
2. (2) A Program application must be submitted by an Eligible Applicant.
3. (3) The Department may provide technical assistance in understanding Program requirements to assist potential Program applicants in completing a competitive Program application. The Department will process and evaluate only completed applications.
