Allowable Project costs include:

1. (1) Financing costs, including capitalized interest;
2. (2) Direct Project Management Costs;
3. (3) Costs of consultant services and expenses;
4. (4) Construction costs and expenses;
5. (5) Costs of property acquisition, including any easement, or right of way directly related to and necessary for the Project;
6. (6) Costs of acquiring off-site property for purposes directly related to the Project, such as wetland mitigation; and
7. (7) Other costs that the Authority determines to be necessary or useful.
