Interference with Ombudsman Program

Effective Feb 1, 1989ORS 441Long Term Care Ombudsman

(1) No person shall willfully interfere with the performance of the Ombudsman or a designee’s official duties.
(2) Individuals interfering with the Ombudsman or designee’s official duties will be referred to the appropriate agency for sanctions or other actions.
