NOTICE CONCERNING TITLE 85 of the OKLAHOMA STATUTES
In 2011, the Oklahoma Legislature substantially revised the statutes relating to workers’ compensation. The Legislature replaced the Workers’ Compensation Act (the Act) with the new Worlers’ Compensation Code (the Code), both by adding new provisions and by repealing and renumbering statutory provisions found in the previous Act.
