70 O.S. 1961, Sections 70-3-1 through 70-3-7, 35a, 35b, and 35c, and Sections 1 and 2, Chapter 434, O.S.L. 1965 (70 O.S.Supp. 1970, Sections 70-3-4.1 and 70-3-4.2), insofar only as same are in conflict with Sections 21 and 22 hereof, are hereby specifically superceded.
