State monies appropriated to carry out the provisions of laws dealing with the education of children with disabilities shall be apportioned by the State Board of Education among the various school districts of the state providing such education for children with disabilities in accordance with Section 70-18-201 of this title and with the standards and rules prescribed by the State Board of Education.
