1. A. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a trust fund to be known and designated as the "Taxpayer Endowment Trust Fund". The members of the Invest in Oklahoma Board shall be considered trustees of the fund. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies directed for deposit to the fund pursuant to legal transfers, apportionments, or appropriations, as well as any interest or investment income derived from such deposits. All monies accruing to the credit of the said fund are hereby appropriated and may be utilized in accordance with the provisions of the Taxpayer Endowment Trust Fund Act.
2. B. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, all interest and income derived from deposits to the Taxpayer Endowment Trust Fund, shall be credited to the Trust Fund.
