All property, including buildings, grounds, equipment, furniture, fixtures, and other property owned by this state as a part of the Union Soldiers' Home, and heretofore subject to the supervision and management of the Board of Trustees, is hereby transferred to the control, supervision, and management of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for the use and benefit of this state.
