Violations of the Provisions of this Act a Misdemeanor

State Question No. 226, Initiative Petition No. 155, § 27, adopted at election held July 7, 1936.

Any person who violates any provision of this act for which no penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
