Rules for Judicial Legal Internship

Section 5. Time of Application.

At the time of application for a judicial legal internship license the applicant must be a regularly enrolled student at a law school accredited by the American Bar Association or the American Association of Law Schools. No application shall be considered which would grant an intern's license to a student who shall have graduated from a law school prior to assuming his position as a judicial legal intern.
