Trial Division
Rule 5. Disqualification of Judge.

No member of the Court shall sit as a judge of the Court in a matter in which the respondent is a judge of a court within his judicial district, or within which the member of the Court resides or maintains an office for the practice of law.

Adopted by Order NO. C.J.T.D.-2 on December 28, 1966, effective January 1, 1967
